This website is not run or manages by LCM, The Cove, or Dreamy Drove. Thus, it doesn't collect, process, or handle any of your data. This site is run through a service provided by Google. By using our website you agree to Google's Cookie Policies and any Privacy Policies regarding the Google Sites' service.

Forms

If you submit any information through the embedded google forms on this website then you agree to Google's Privacy Policy regarding the Google Forms' service. Form submissions are kept indefinitely, unless the form is deleted, or unless a user asks for their submission to be removed. Reach out to the community staff team if you would like your submission(s) removed.

ID Checks

If you submit your ID through unencrypted means then you are bound by the Privacy Policy of the platform you are sending it through. If encrypted channels are used, Telegram Secret Chats, then you have full control of the media in question. You can delete it, set it to self destruct, and wipe the entire chat at any time. Regardless staff are trained to delete such sensitive media once the ID check procedure is completed. If you ever receive a notification that a screenshot was capture in a secret chat or media was saved report it to Lucid immediately.

Staff are bound by an Non-Disclose Agreement and liability waiver that holds them completely accountable for the mishandling of sensitive media. This is a precautionary measure to make them more accountable and cautious when handling and processing this sensitive media.

We do not store, collect, or log any IDs at any time for any reason.

We do not share any information from your ID with anyone for any reason because we do not collect information from it or store it anywhere.

Age Verification

When joining any of our 18+ groups on Telegram users are expected to submit their age, date of birth, or both to a member of our staff team. During this process they might be asked to submit an ID for further verification. Refer to the previous section on how we process and handle IDs.

A user's age/dob is saved/stored in a staff-only group for legal and liability reasons. These are stored indefinitely and for legal reason we will not remove these from the log for any reason.

We usually do not share this information with anyone unless a user is found to be underage and it is needed for evidence to make bewares or for other communities to process their bans of the user.
