Dreamy Drove staff believe that you are an adult. We believe that the moderation of our events shouldn't be your primary or only risk management when practicing and seeking hypnosis. As such, we have decided to not make a ton of rules and restrictions. We will not be micro-managing our events and instances, we will simply be monitoring things for hypnosis abuse and keeping things in order and aligned with our rules. The staff is also there if help is needed and reports are required.
This is a VR meetup held weekly in VRChat.
These meetups are centered around Hypnosis.
There are strict ethics and consent guidelines that are to be followed at all times.
To report ethics or consent violations please submit a complaint with our (report form)[LINK HERE] or find a member of staff at our events.
Staff cannot maintain a safe environment if reports aren’t made.
If you see something, say something.
Kink Shaming is defined being a verb that means to disrespect or devalue a person for his or her particular kink or fetish. Example: "You are disgusting for having an interest in ×" -- "Having interest in x makes you a(n) x" -- "Only x likes y".
This is a kink-friendly community. Aside from a few kinks we deem too extreme, all kinks are allowed within reason as long as everyone consents to seeing/participating in the kink.
a. Constantly bringing up or showing disinterest in a kink/fetish can be seen as kink shaming.
Showing and expressing disinterest towards any kink/fetish will not be seen as kink shaming. As long as it isn't done in a disrespectful, hateful, or complaining manner and the conversation isn't dragged on and isn't done excessively.
b. Complaining about seeing a kink will be considered kink shaming.
Examples: "I am tired of seeing x in here." -- "Can we not share x in here?"

a. Assume there are strangers around at all times unless in a private space with a locked door.
b. Do not share any personal or identifiable information you or someone else wouldn’t want strangers to know. Such as: legal name, location, occupation, etc.
10. Mobbing, Witch Hunting, & Brigading
While we do not allow drama within the community it is sometimes inevitable. As such we acknowledge this and decided to include these acts of extreme harassment within the rules.
Common in cancel culture, often including slander and defamation, mobbing is a targeted harassment campaign against an individual or group of individuals. Harassment can include doxxing, (death) threats, swatting (false reports to the FBI or police to invoke an armed response at a location), real life harm and attacks, real life stalking, attempts to have the targets lose their house or job, and attempts to ostracize the targets from their friends and family.
The mobbing usually happens through public social media posts, but they can sometimes happen entirely within someone's private messages. Neither types of mobbing will be tolerated.
Also common in cancel culture, witch hunting is when an individual or group of individuals "hunt" and dig up incriminating evidence against the target(s) of a mobbing . This can include hacking accounts for incriminating messages or emails, harassing current or past associates, family, and employers for incriminating evidence, digging up years or decades old social media posts, attempting to locate previous or obscure (social media) accounts that haven't been used in years or decades, and attempting to locate or obtain personal information about the target(s) such as real name, names of family members, place of work, home address, phone number, and anything else that isn't already public knowledge about the target(s).
Basically anything that requires more effort than looking at the first page of a search or what is front and center on the most recent social media profiles such as the username, display name, bio, post within the past few months, and friends lists.
If you are found to have started, taken part in, organized, or conspired with any mobbing, including witch hunting, or brigading as a means to directly or indirectly "cancel" someone on social media you will be banned from the community with no chance of an appeal.
a. Speaking out against someone for misdeeds in general is not going to be viewed as cancelling or mobbing. So long the post isn't slanderous and can be proven and the ultimate goal was to protect others and the community by providing a PSA about someone.
As long as the ultimate goal of the posts is not to cause direct or indirect emotional, physical, or financial harm to an individual by inciting a mobbing, witch hunts, or otherwise solely through one's own post.
b. Making calls to action with your messages that imply or directly state that people should mob, harass, attack, or witch hunt someone will not be tolerated.
c. Posts that inadvertently caused mobs, harassments, attacks, or witch hunts will not be pursued so long the individual who originally spoke out against the target makes it clear they didn't intend for any such mobs, harassment, attacks, or witch hunts to take place as a result of their posts.
Apologizing or speaking against the unwanted mobbing weeks or months later might not be accepted. It has to be done during or shortly after the chaos for LCM to consider it a genuine apology.
d. We will not accept apologies from anyone who purposely started a mob or witch hunt. We will not accept an apology from anyone who took part in a mob or witch hunt.
Lucid Creations Media does not condone mobbing and witch hunting in any way shape or form. This is a zero tolerance policy.
All rules, Terms, policies, guidelines and community standards regarding the community and Lucid Creations Media is subject to change without notice.

Every time a staff member has to talk to a member about rules violation the incident is logged. All incidents that result in a user being kicked from an instance will result in consideration for suspension or banishment from the community.
Staff will not discuss disciplinary actions in public under any circumstances and will not discuss it in private with any person(s) who aren't directly involved. Disciplinary actions can be appealed using our appeal form or by contacting any staff member. Staff are only permitted to publicly disclose the following information about disciplinary actions: the rule, policy, guideline, or community standard the person broke, if the person received any prior disciplinary actions, if the person was in any probationary period prior to actions taken, if the person was banned or kicked before, and how long a ban set for. Any other information will not be disclosed.
