NSFW Rules
Rules for NSFW communities, groups, and channels
1. 18+ Members Only
Under United States law, it is illegal to knowingly allow a minor access to pornographic content. As such, we have age verification policies and procedures in place to check every member's age and to conduct random ID checks. This process is not perfect and we encourage everyone to report anyone who they know are lying about their age or using a fake ID or someone else ID to access our groups. We take every allegation seriously, and, as such, if someone makes false underage reports, we will take action against them. | If you suspect a member is underage please report it and have evidence of this claim on hand for staff to review.a. ALL JOINING members in the Telegram groups are expected to verify their age upon joining. This might include an ID check.
i. This is regardless if you have already verified in a different group in the network.
b. Failure to verify your age within 24 hours of joining our groups will result in a network-wide ban.
i. This does include joining and immediately leaving the groups.
2. IRL Pictures are allowed as long as they follow the theme of the community, follow the other rules, and are legal to share in the US. (no beasteality)
Note: Some communities aren't as open to irl pics as others. It is up to the community if they want to see it or not.
3. Kink Shaming
Kink Shaming is defined being a verb that means to disrespect or devalue a person for his or her particular kink or fetish. Example: "You are disgusting for having an interest in ×" -- "Having interest in x makes you a(n) x" -- "Only x likes x".
a. Constantly bringing up or showing disinterest in a kink/fetish can be seen as kink shaming.
Showing and expressing disinterest towards any kink/fetish will not be seen as kink shaming. As long as it isn't done in a disrespectful, hateful, or complaining manner and the conversation isn't dragged on and isn't done excessively.
b. Complaining about seeing a kink within any of the communities will be considered kink shaming.
Examples: "I am tired of seeing x in here." -- "Can we not share x in here?"
i. Complaining about seeing a kink within the community and then leaving the community will result in an immediate network ban.
Leaving after making complaints of this type is considered evasion of discipline.
If you do not like the content shared, that doesn't violate the next section about extreme kinks, within any of our 18+ communities then please LEAVE QUIETLY.
4. Extreme Kinks
While we would love to allow all kinks within the entire network there are some that a great majority aren't comfortable with and others being outright illegal. The following subsection will outline what kinks will not allowed in the groups.
1. Banned Kinks
These are kinks that are absolutely not allowed.
a. Child Sexual Exploitation Material (CSEM) & Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) - I.E. Lewds with Underage Characters
According to The PROTECT Act; 18 U.S.C. § 1466A "Material that has "a visual depiction of any kind, including a drawing, cartoon, sculpture or painting", that "depicts a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct" and is "obscene" or "depicts an image that is, or appears to be, of a minor engaging in ... sexual intercourse ... and lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value".
Essentially means that art depicting young or underage characters within sexual scenes and themes is illegal and can be prosecuted.
Wikipedia has good information about legislature regarding drawn pornography depicting minors in most countries.
While this can be hard to enforce in some cases; what staff is trying to prevent is blatant CSEM/CSAM (underage porn). We understand that some artists choose a more cartoony/chibi style and that could make characters appear younger than they are. Staff will use their best judgement in such cases. We will ask members to submit reports of art they suspect to be CSEM/CSAM (have underage characters within it) so that staff can investigate the art, artist, and characters within the art.
If you wish to report art that you suspect to be CSEM/CSAM (have underage characters within it) please reply to the post in question with the @admins command and we will review the report as quickly as possible.
Staff may remove questionable and borderline art as a precautionary measure, if it is deemed necessary, even in instances where the characters are described as adults and are tagged as such. Especially in instances where the source for the art cannot be found.
b. Blood and gore.
c. Death, snuff, and hard vore; or vore that explicitly shows death as a result of consumption/assimilation.
d. Scat of any kind. (except messy diaper within The Playground)
e. Hard watersports; specifically art that depicts any character(s) consuming urine regardless of context.
f. Anything else that is illegal or a legal grey area in the United States.
example: bestiality
This includes having the above imagery within profile pictures
If you aren't sure about an image contact staff and we will tell if we will allow it.
5. Do Not Post
We have decided to blacklist all NSFW and suggestive/questionable art, stickers, and media from artists that we deem problematic for one or more of the following reasons:
a. Porn artist that makes no visual distinction between their adult and young characters.
b. Abuse "ABDL" and "chibi" tags to get around Child Sexual Exploitation Material (CSEM) & Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) (i.e. cub porn) bans and restrictions.
c. Cross post art and only tagging it as "cub" in cub-friendly places. (Usually in conjunction with 5.1-b)
d. Only barely ages up any "adult" characters to appear as a teenager, but is typically jail bait material and is still supposed to be viewed as Child Sexual Exploitation Material (CSEM) & Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) (i.e. cub porn).
e. Draw characters that match enough criteria to be viewed as cub/young regardless what their statement on it is. If it's questionable then we play it safe and remove it. No exceptions.
The list of artist we have deemed to meet 1 or more of this criteria are:
YuniWusky/YuniWolfsky
Iztli
BaltNWolf
Bastion/ Bastion Shadowpaw / Bastion The Wolf
NiuKa / Niu-Ka
Roger / AvogadroToast
Aussie / JeddicusFloof / AuzziPup
This list is not deemed complete and we may add more artists to it without notice.
If you aren't sure about any particular artist or would like to run any by us please contact staff and we will tell if we would allow it.
You can also contact staff to suggest any artists to be added to this list. Keep in mind that cub porn is banned by default. This list is reserved for artists that draw "adult" and cub content or abuse certain tags to get their cub porn around content restrictions and bans.
Please note that Rule 4.2 is more of a general guideline than they are rules and staff are not likely to warn people for posting limited/restricted content unless it is done excessively.
We have a group for diapers and ABDL if you would like a place to freely post that stuff. Check out our communities page to find out more about these groups.

Potential actions staff may take for such breaches may include a verbal warning from a moderator, a warning from our bot, temporary or permanent restrictions from using certain features inside the groups (embedded links, sending media like; videos, music, and pictures, sending stickers & gifs, etc), and a temporary or permanent ban.
An automatic escalation of consequences will likely be considered and used if you receive 3 warns in a short time frame regardless of the severity of a single offense or accumulative offense(s). Note that warns are forgiven after continued good behavior. The timeline for the removal of any warn is based on the rule, severity of offense against the rule, and if any warns preceding it.
Staff will not discuss disciplinary actions in public under any circumstances and will not discuss it in private with any person(s) who aren't directly involved. Disciplinary actions can be appealed using our appeal form or by contacting any staff member. Staff are only permitted to publicly disclose the following information about disciplinary actions: the rule, policy, guideline, or community standard the person broke, if the person received any prior disciplinary actions, if the person was in any probationary period prior to actions taken, if the person was banned or kicked before, and how long a ban set for. Any other information will not be disclosed.
